Shipping

Canada Post is used to ship the artwork. Your artwork will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Below are the expected delivery times:

Canada: 2-9 business days (Flat Fee: $15.00 CAD)

US: 4-9 business days (Flat Fee: $15.00 CAD)

International: 6-10 business days (Flat Fee: $28.00 CAD, $5.00 for each additional collage)

Local Pickup: FREE! I am in the downtown core of Toronto, so feel free to pick up your purchase if you would like. Once you choose this option when checking out I will send you my address. 

You will be provided with a tracking number once I have shipped your parcel. 

*I can not be held responsible for any taxes and demanded payments by your government and postage system. Please check your country policies before you complete your purchase. 

To ensure your artwork gets to you damage free it is covered with foam wrap, sandwiched between 2 foam boards to prevent possible puncturing, enclosed with bubble wrap, then put in a corrugated box. 

 


Returns

It is important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the date you received the package and receive a full refund for the price of the artwork. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

How To Return Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective in some way please take a digital photo of your damaged artwork and the shipping package it arrived in.

Attach your photos to an email and send them to nicole_moss@outlook.com. Please include your order information (order number and item purchased), a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you would like me to repair the artwork or have a refund.

If you are local, you can bring it to my studio instead of shipping it and I will give you a turn around time for the repairs.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed. 

Returning Undamaged Artwork

You may return your purchase for a full refund of the artwork cost (excluding shipping charges).

Email nicole_moss@outlook.com to notify me you will be returning your artwork. Please include your order information (order number and item purchased). You can find this information in the confirmation email when you made the purchase. 

Ship your item back to me in its original packaging. I strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. Once I have received the package I will send you your refund. You will ship it to the address that was in your original invoice. If you need more information please contact me. 

All refunds will be paid from your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Privacy

The personal information that you provide when placing an order is strictly used to process and fulfill your order. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and email address may be collected to ensure efficient delivery. Your credit card information is not retained, shared, or stored when you complete your purchase.
